Good villas, food at restaurant needs to improve

We stayed in the Villas , the room was large and had good amenities. The place was clean and well kept. The staff had remembered our anniversary and set up the room well for us

The food was the big disappointment especially the breakfast. It was boring to eat the same stuff with hardly any changes on day to day basis. Overall quality of food served in breakfast was bad. It needs to be improved a lot.

It is a good property, centrally located and beach facing which is private...pool is huge amd good,, has a spa which was slightly over priced for me and not used, food was good with a nice spread, it has a Indian counter too for veg people, didn't try as I eat local food wherever. Overall value for money

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel The Lokha and I was absolutely blown away. The hotel is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the hotel itself is stunning. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the view from the bathroom was stunning. I also loved the balcony overlooking the gardens. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. I also had the opportunity to dine at the hotel's restaurant, which was excellent. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The breakfast at The Lokha was also a highlight of my stay. There were so many options to choose from, including fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt and much more. I especially enjoyed the "eggs station" where they cooked the eggs to your liking just in front of you. I was also very impressed with the pest control. I didn't see a single mosquito during my entire stay, even though we were surrounded by greenery. This was a huge plus for me, as I am very sensitive to mosquito bites. We also used the laundry service at Hotel and it was very good. Our clothes were returned clean and pressed neatly. It was a great convenience to be able to have our laundry done while we were staying at the hotel. Thank you very much to the whole team. I will definitely come back next time I visit Bali.

Tropical gem in beautiful, calm location

Beautiful resort in lush tropical setting with most wonderful staff. Amazing location - close enough for a comfortable walk on the famous and beautiful Ridge Walk, far enough away from the busy city centre for absolute peace and quiet.

The location is amazing. It’s like waking up in the jungle every day. Quiet, picturesque and simply stunning

The rooms are great but some areas need a bit of an update, for example the cushions on the Balinese bed needed replacing as they have seen better days

Wonderful jungle paradise

Beautiful, lush hotel on the Ridge in the jungle. Loved the breakfast and infinity pool. Also love that you can walk down to the river and walk down the Ridge into town

Beautiful hotel with great service.

Absolutely stunning location in the middle of the jungle. We stayed in the presidential villa and it was beautiful and spacious with your own private pool and outdoor area.

Some of the furnishings and fixtures need a bit of an update as they are looking a bit worn but this is a small point.

Beautiful, incredible, stunning

The staff - they were incredible and went to great lengths to make my wife’s 30th birthday memorable. Couldn’t speak more highly of them. The facilities in general were also great and the whole place is just stunning.

Beds could have been slightly more comfortable and the design of the bath/shower area is flawed (it’s impossible to wash without getting water everywhere)

We would 100 Percent stay here again

30ish year old couple and we really couldn't fault The Lokha. The staff were all so friendly and amazingly helpful. The private pool villa overlooking the jungle and river was private and comfortable. the couples spa and massage treatment was the dream in a beautiful private villa finished off with a refreshing drink in a bath prepared with flower petals. loved the egg station in the morning for breakfast and plenty of other tasty options. courtesy golf buggy into town. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Lokha

It's not something that I didn't like but the distance from Ubud center is about 15-20 mins on a scooter motorbike. The first night there we "struggled" (maybe 10mins) to get a ride back, if we had mobile data and one of the local apps for transport it would of been easier but we decided to hire our own motorbike instead for the remainder of our trip.

The staff, all always smiling and extremely kind. For my birthday the surprises were endless, from the mini cake at breakfast to the surprise on the bed and in the bathtub when I returned to the hotel. Really super welcoming.

5 years after spending our honeymoon at the Lokha, we came back with our family and it was still as chat

The property was set apart from the hustle and bustle of the Ubud city centre which was perfect for a relaxing get away with the family. The hotel offered a shuttle service to and from Ubud so you were able to get there conveniently when needed. The staff were exceptional, with special note of Dwi at reception and Dibia our driver who ensured we had a memorable day at the Tegallalang Rice Field.

There wasn’t very much not to like but if I had to pick the gym facility could do with an upgrade and the hotel itself will probably be due for an upgrade soon big for the price you’re paying, it is still exceptional value in my opinion.

Great hotel with a very nice atmosphere

We have been on Bali many times and stayed in different very good hotels. This is a wonderfully small hotel with a very good family atmosphere, hotel Lokha holds a special place in our hearts. This hotel is located at the hollow of mountains, which covered by green trees creating the complete wall. All windows of the hotel faced at that wall of trees. Such a beautiful view! Infinity swimming pool is very nice. It is surrounded by magnolia trees leaning towards it. Breakfast is always delicious and varied. Service in hotel is excellent. Staff is friendly and any happened malfunctions are eliminated immediately. Comfortable big rooms , breathtaking view , excellent service and affordable prices make this hotel the excellent choice for a relaxation and unforgettable holiday on Bali

There were some minor inconveniences that were resolved surprisingly quickly.
